No! Virtual reality is not like a traditional game. It provides a completely new 3d environment with intuitive motion controllers that mimic real life. Many times the “non gamer” of the group excels the most.

No! We do not offer any experiences that cause motion sickness. Our VR experiences are well designed, and made specifically to provide a fun experience without any motion sickness.

How many people can play? We can accommodate groups of 8 players in VR at one time. With current covid precautions, the minimum group is 2 players.

The minimum age for VR is 8 years old.

An escape game has a specific goal and ending. The escape games have a lower intensity and features interactive puzzles and will require teamwork. A wave game as ever increasing waves of enemies where the goal is to survive as long as possible. Wave games feature more gameplay where you trying to defeat an enemy. Some require less teamwork, as one player can carry a team. Wave games will have multiple levels to choose from and some feature a player vs player mode such as Elven Assassin.

Every experience we offer is fun and unique. Each experience has a rating for controller difficulty, intensity, puzzle difficulty, and teamwork. Lower controller difficulty games have less of a learning curve. Lower puzzle difficulty will be easier to progress though, lower intensity will be more relaxed, and less teamwork will be more casual for individual gameplay. If playing an escape game, we recommend starting with Escape The Lost Pyramid, as it is the first in the series.

Vivid VR consist of a VR game floor, front gaming lounge, and our party loft that over hangs the VR game floor. The loft is setup for private parties with tables and chairs. It also has 4 xbox one x’s, 4k tvs, and retro arcade cabinets. The gaming lounge is setup with pub tables, retro gaming consoles and an air hockey table. When you rent the arcade, you have access to all the gaming equipment, and it is setup on freeplay. Each group will get a 60 minute vr experience of their choosing. The private rentals are 2 hours long, and can be extended. Guests may also bring in their own food and beverages. A mini fridge is provided in the party loft. With the current covid precautions, you can bring up to 8 guests who will play vr, and 3 additional guests who will not play vr.
